We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • All contiguous United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

1.2 International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

Note: International shipping availability may change. Please check at checkout to confirm we ship to your location.

1.3 Restricted Locations

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain expedited services)
  • Freight forwarders
  • Countries under international sanctions or trade restrictions

2. Processing Time

2.1 Standard Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) begin processing on Monday

2.2 Holiday Processing

During major holidays and peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), processing times may extend to:

  • 3-5 business days
  • We will notify customers of extended processing times on our website

2.3 Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated ship date listed on the product page
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship when all items are available
  • You may request to split your order (separate shipping fees apply)

2.4 Custom/Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items require additional processing time:

  • 5-7 business days before shipping
  • These items are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production begins

Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: $19.95

  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS

Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $34.95
  • Tracking: Included
  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS
  • Must be ordered by 2:00 PM EST for next-day processing

3.2 Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days - $12.95
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days - $24.95
  • Express options not available

3.3 Military (APO/FPO/DPO) Addresses

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days - $8.95
  • Expedited options not available
  • Customs forms required

Mexico

Australia & Other International

  • Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days - $29.95
  • Expedited Shipping: 10-20 business days - $54.95

International Shipping Notes:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
  • Tracking is included for all international shipments

4. Free Shipping Promotions

4.1 Standard Free Shipping

  • Available on all domestic orders over $75
  • Applies to standard shipping only (5-7 business days)
  • Discount applied automatically at checkout
  • Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts

4.2 Promotional Free Shipping

We occasionally offer special free shipping promotions:

4.3 Free Shipping Exclusions

5.2 Tracking Issues

If your tracking shows:

  • No Movement for 5+ Days: Contact the carrier first, then us if unresolved
  • Delivered but Not Received: Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Returned to Sender: Contact us immediately for reshipment options

6. Delivery and Shipping Address

6.1 Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Double-check your address before completing your order
  • We cannot modify addresses after an order has been processed

6.2 Address Verification

  • Our system may flag addresses that appear incomplete or incorrect
  • You will be contacted to verify or correct your address
  • This may delay order processing

6.3 Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided:

  • You will be charged for reshipment
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Contact us within 30 days to arrange reshipment

6.4 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery cannot be completed, packages are returned to sender
  • You are responsible for reshipment costs if return is due to failed delivery attempts

6.5 Signature Requirements

  • High-value orders (over $200) may require signature confirmation
  • Someone must be available to sign for the package
  • Alternatively, packages may be held at carrier facilities for pickup

7. International Shipping Details

7.1 Customs and Duties

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their country.

  • These fees are determined by your country's customs agency
  • We cannot predict or control these charges
  • Fees are collected by the carrier or customs at time of delivery
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package return (you are responsible for return shipping)

7.2 Customs Documentation

  • All international packages include proper customs documentation
  • Accurate product descriptions and values are declared
  • We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare false values (this is illegal)

7.3 Customs Delays

  • Packages may be delayed at customs for inspection
  • Delays can range from a few days to several weeks
  • We cannot expedite customs clearance
  • Contact your local customs office for specific inquiries

7.4 International Returns

  • International return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • You must declare the shipment properly when returning items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

8.1 Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

Within 48 Hours:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and building management
  • Look around your property (carriers sometimes leave packages in inconspicuous places)
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

After 48 Hours:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Contact us at info@ninosclubhouse.com and we will assist with the investigation

Resolution:

  • Carrier investigations can take 7-10 business days
  • If package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement
  • We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier

8.2 Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy)

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery
  • We recommend shipping to secure locations or using carrier hold services
  • Consider requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • File a police report if you believe your package was stolen

8.3 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Inspect Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect packages before the carrier leaves if possible
  • Note any visible damage on carrier's delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents

Report Damage:

  • Contact us within 7 days at info@ninosclubhouse.com
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and items
  • Keep all packaging materials until claim is resolved

Resolution:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacement items will be sent, or a refund will be issued
  • Damaged items may need to be returned for carrier inspection

11. Multiple Item Orders

  • Items are located in different warehouses
  • Items have different availability dates
  • Large orders are split for faster processing

Important:

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package
  • No additional shipping fees for split shipments
  • All packages should arrive within the same delivery window

11.2 Backorders

If an item in your order is backordered:

  • Options: (1) Wait for item to ship together, or (2) Ship available items now
  • Backordered items ship free when available

12. Gift Orders

  • No prices included in package

  • Recipients can return gifts following our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Store credit can be issued to recipient upon request

13. Undeliverable Packages

13.1 Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery:

  • Package is returned to us
  • Refund issued minus original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fee ($12.95) deducted from refund
  • Applies once package is received back at our facility

13.2 Unclaimed Packages

If package is not claimed from carrier:

  • Held at carrier facility for 5-15 days (varies by carrier)
  • Package returned to us after hold period
  • Reshipment fees apply

14. Shipping During Peak Seasons

14.1 Holiday Shipping

During November-December and major sale events:

  • Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days
