At Nino's Club House, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags still attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Free from any signs of wear, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygienic liner is intact)
- Face masks
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@ninosclubhouse.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Items: Securely pack items with the RMA number clearly visible on the package
- Ship Your Return: Send items back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: We cover shipping on the replacement item
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Nino's Club House is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Email us at info@ninosclubhouse.com to arrange an exchange
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs)
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
- After 2 hours, standard return policies apply once you receive the item
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process
- Refunds will be processed in USD and subject to currency exchange rates at time of processing
Note: We cannot refund or reimburse customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid on the original order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [support@clubhousenino.com]
Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit equal to 110% of your return value. Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is transferable as a gift

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
Nino's Club House is committed to sustainable fashion. Returned items in good condition are restocked; items that cannot be resold are donated to local charities whenever possible.
